Honeycrisp

The most sought after apple currently is Honeycrisp. This new apple is known for its superb flavor and crispness. Developed in Minnesota, it grows best in Northern climates. Although we have a few trees here at Tuttles, we find that the variety does not perform well for us this far south. However, depending on the crop, we are often able to get some Honeycrisp from our friends who have an orchard in the northern part of the state. Availability is always difficult to predict for this reason.
