Birthday Parties

Tuttles is a great place to celebrate your special day this fall.

Scheduled during the following times:

Monday-Friday: Parties can be scheduled to begin from 2:00-6:00 PM (must begin at 4:30 PM to allow enough time for all activities)

Dates for 2012: September 8 - October 27.

Saturday: Parties run from 10:00-11:30 AM (must begin at 10:00 AM)

We do not offer parties later in the day due to conflict with general public hayrides, and because we can give you more personalized attention in the morning hours...helping you have a better party.

Suggested time: about an hour and a half to two hours

Basic Birthday Package

Hayride
Pick a bag of four apples (September) or small pie pumpkin (October)
Agrimaze or Kid's Play Area Pass (you may choose which type depending on the age of guests)
Picnic area for your group

Cost: $60.00. Includes up to 15 guests (child and adult). Each additional guest is $4.00. 0-1 year olds are free (they do NOT receive a pumpkin or apples). If they wish to pick a pumpkin or apples, please count them in the number of guests.

Picnic Tables are provided. Families may bring any snacks, cake, decorations, you would like. No alcohol, grills, or fire pits are permitted on Tuttle Orchards property.

Apple Lovers Birthday Package

Includes all the above plus a 12 oz. apple cider slushy or hot cider for each guest and a take home caramel apple favor (wrapped in a nice plastic bag).

Cost: $105.00 for up to 15 guests (child and adult). Each additional guest is $7.00.

Deluxe Birthday Party Package

Available only on Saturday

Includes Basic Birthday Package plus

Hot dog or bratwurst meal (hot dog or bratwurst, chips, applesauce, and glass of apple cider) for each guest.
Caramel apple take home favor (wrapped in clear plastic bag)
Cost $150.00. Includes up to 15 guests (children and adults). Each additional guest is $10.00. 0-1 year olds are free (they do NOT receive a pumpkin or apples, meal, drink, or caramel apple treat). If they wish to participate in the party please count them in your number of guests.

Food can also be pre-ordered from the Food Stand Menu (Saturdays only).
Let you guests experience both the Agrimaze and Kid's Play Area passes: $1.00/guest.
12 oz. Apple Cider: Hot, Cold, or Slushy: $2.00/guest (includes tax)
Gallon of Cider and 8oz cups: $4.95
Pre-bagged Caramel Apple Treats with nuts: $2.50/each
Unwrapped Caramel Apple with or without nuts: $2.00/each

Reservations are Required. Slots are filled on a first come first serve basis. Call Helen at (317) 326-8488 to book your group. For the best experience, we book one group per Saturday of up to 60 people or two groups of 30 people.
